As a Director of Customer Success, you will own and deliver on key activation, churn and retention/growth metrics for your portfolio of customers. Manage overall customer experience, satisfaction, and health of your portfolio of customers. Lead and scale a team of high-performing Customer Success Managers. Identify industry trends and best practices that can be used to drive opportunities for the company and department improvements. Facilitate coordination across departments to create the best LeagueApps solutions to drive growth for these customers. Work collaboratively across departments to ensure customers are aware of all LeagueApps programs and services beyond the core platform. Clearly communicate customer feedback and trends to key stakeholders in Product, Marketing and Tech.

Role: Director of Customer Success (Remote)
Location: Remote, United States
As a Director of Customer Success, you will provide oversight and review on overall customer account health, issue escalation, and correction. Look to templatize those learnings for continual use and improvement across the entire organization. Maintain oversight of team-wide net revenue retention goals and initiatives across customers and work with teammates to proactively plan, manage and execute renewals. Track key performance indicators across the full customer business for active customers and provide visibility to leadership for trends and recommendations.
