As a Vice President of Customer Success, you will set the overall vision and strategic plan for the Customer Success organization, focusing on increasing product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth. Define and optimize the customer lifecycle by driving programs and initiatives to improve engagement. Provide strategic direction on revenue expansion in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Guide and complete full renewal lifecycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation to close, with a preference for early or multi-year renewals. Build a customer advocacy program to solicit feedback and foster VP+ relationships within all Tier I accounts. Consistent development of their team by leading and modeling the best practices for managing the customer journey.

Role: Head of Customer Success

As a Head of Customer Success, you will build and grow a team of professionals in the areas of customer support, community support, and customer success. Serve as the point of escalation for any complex or intricate customer issues or troubleshooting. Monitor and report on the progress and ‘health’ of all users across the organization. Partner and collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop a user engagement strategy that harmonizes the Customer Success team’s focus on user happiness and revenue. Role: Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted partner and advocate within Bitrise for some of the largest customers. Understand the technical and business challenges of the customers to ensure they are adopting and deriving maximum value from the products. Serve as the primary contact for your customers including overseeing successful onboarding, training of platform end-users, and act as an escalation point on post-go-live support. Work cross-functionally with the Bitrise team to resolve customer issues that may arise. Help to identify any at-risk customers and create mitigation plans to ensure their success. Be a representative of the voice of the customer to provide feedback to the product, sales and marketing teams.

Role: Customer Success Manager – Enterprise, Parsec
Location: Remote, United Kingdom
As a Customer Success Manager, you will understand the Customers’ business challenges, objectives, and operations to partner with them to get the most value from the products. Meet or exceed the retention and expansion targets of the High-Touch segment. Manage and engage with a portfolio of approximately 50 customers to own, monitor, and report on customer health and other critical metrics. Monitor your portfolio to identify risks and chances to define shared success plans or risk mitigation plans with specific Customers. Work with Unity’s Enterprise / Strategic Account teams during the sales process to communicate the value to customers, and prepare them for onboarding, and on an ongoing basis to identify cross-selling opportunities to new departments and affiliates.
