As a Vice President of Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading, expanding, and mentoring the Customer Success teams through strategy and Objectives and Key Results along with hiring, coaching, and developing a world-class team. Representing the voice of the customer and influencing internal stakeholders by promoting a customer-centric mindset across the organization. Manage a team of technical account managers (TAM) responsible for ensuring the technical goals of customers are met. Establish a relationship with key ecosystem partners and build joint upsell opportunities. Partner with 3rd party systems integrators for services scale and project delivery as part of major cloud-migration and digital transformation projects.

As an Associate Director, Customer Experience, you will direct Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Representatives, including assisting with hiring, supervision, performance management, training, metrics and development.
