As a VP Customer Success, you will ensure profitable delivery of customer deployments and consulting projects. Identify new sources of consulting services revenue. Correspondence with the customer on project status, issues, risks, changes to requirements, customer satisfaction. Assist in the identification and development of new business within customers. Establish, manage, and monitor project performance goals. Assist the sales team to prepare proposals including architectures, development estimates, system sizing and technical content. Responsible for effective team management ensuring adherence to HR processes and a core focus on talent management across the team. Develops skills and capabilities of team members and provides opportunities for growth and success.

Role: Customer Success Director
Location: Atlanta, GA, US
As a Customer Success Director, you will manage all customer engagement activities, with a focus on enablement and adoption, facilitated by a strong relationship-building, product and industry knowledge, planning and execution. Drive engagement and adoption of the platform to promote retention and loyalty. Coach customers to be product experts, creating awareness about new and existing features/functionalities that can fulfill their specific business needs. Identify customer churn risk and work with an extended relevant team to create and execute on “get well” plans, proactively working towards eliminating that risk. Be the voice of the customers internally, sharing process improvements, feedback, needs/issues into the internal ecosystem, contributing to achieve better solutions and drive growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you will build strong relationships with customers and work closely with the Hivebrite management team to ensure strategy and delivery stays on target with measurable objectives. Identify, communicate, grow and help close upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure growth attainment.
