Define commercial targets for the customer success function, focusing on areas such as retention, growth, and net churn, and build a plan to deliver on those results. Drive our transition from a naturally reactive support model to a proactive, data-driven, operating model which optimizes the lifetime value of our customer base. Work with the sales, engineering and product teams to deeply understand our entire customer journey and find areas for optimization. Analyze and keep abreast of the market, and customer needs, review and recommend adjustments to strategy to the leadership team.

You will develop frameworks for the team to leverage in Merchant engagements. Develop standardized playbooks for interventions and escalations. Define, measure, and improve on the effectiveness of Merchant Success. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and for distribution to merchants. Gain a deep understanding of the merchants’ business goals. Collaborate with warehouse GMs and Operations leaders to resolve escalated issues and drive ongoing improvements.
