Role: Head of Customer Success

As a Head of Customer Success, you will serve as high-level customer contact and advocate, responsible for seamless implementations, adherence to SLA’s, and efficient resolution of support matters. Plan timelines for dozens of concurrent projects across a nationwide network of installations. Build and manage a team of project/account managers, technical support staff, and field service technicians in order to ensure SOW responsibilities are met for each installation.
