Choosing a format to thank customers is important. The format you choose needs to be professional, polite, and respectful. Handwritten notes are great. But, the fact that it is a logistical nightmare is true. It might work for a small business to create a personalized experience. Keep in mind what you are looking to communicate. For example- If a customer has just onboarded with you, a personalized message will be good. If the customer completes a year of association with you, you can send an email with a thank you note.
The thank you letter to clients needs to greet them appropriately. This is in consonance with the brand voice and image of the company. If you know the customer well, you can start the letter with ‘Hi,’ ‘Hello,’ or ‘Dear.’ In case you do not know the client very well, you can address them as Dear.
