the investment in CS Ops because we want to track metrics we want to report how well we’re doing we want our customers Health we want to report renewals, risks and issues, logs. so for me having a good system of record is where we’re going to be logging tagging storing everything it gives people the self-service access anyone from CEO down can look at your single source of Truth and get a view on the customer what is their health today and not just in customer success language what does it actually mean so systems and the development and need of those systems and and CS Ops has been a really key thing that I’ve seen change in the last four or five years.
