It’s important to look at their mindset and the traits that they actually bring in few things to to really understand is that they need to be a strong individual contributor which means that they need to own a number right so most of most of the team or or most of the members might not be you know like inclined towards that thing so owning a number your book book of business and having grow target on top of it I think this is something a CSM should be very comfortable with because that’s that’s the first okr that that we have so so I look at those traits in terms of you know is someone happy managing their own book of book of Business by themselves that is something very very important to them and CSM is like they they do their business in their own way in their own style so we need people who actually run the business in their own style rather than you know like getting giving a lot of instructions to them that that’s not going to work definitely with the csm’s because based on their customer type they are the best decision makers they are the pilots so they do their own business in their own style.
